Policies:
3 Night Minimum Stay
Full refund if reservation is canceled at least 45 days prior to arrival. If canceled within 45 days of arrival, refund only if we can rebook the unit.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit; balance will be charged to card on file on arrival date, unless other arrangements have been made within 7 days prior to check-in date.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if your deposit is not received 45 days prior to arrival.
Check in time is at 3:00 pm, check out time is at 10:00 am, unless other arrangements are made.
Rates are subject to tax and cleaning fees.
Occupancy:
Occupancy is limited to number of confirmed guests.
Receptions, luau's and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is allowed outside, in parking area only.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
